Dialysis Facility Administrator

Oversee the daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, coordinating patient scheduling and staffing to ensure timely patient acceptance and adequate staffing. Drive program growth and implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments. Lead quality initiatives (QAPI) and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations; manage budgeting, labor and supply costs; coordinate with Medical Director and nursing staff to maintain documentation and patient records, and sustain high-quality patient care aligned with ESRD and Medicare requirements. May assume nurse leadership responsibilities as needed and ensure staff development and collaboration to meet corporate goals.
