Job Summary
The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. Responsibilities include growth planning and execution, patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing, implementation of clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, and achievement of financial targets. Leads quality initiatives (QAPI), coordinates patient care standards and documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees staffing and equipment maintenance, and maintains positive relationships with Medical Director, physicians, area hospitals, and community partners. Requires leadership abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and RN licensure with dialysis-specific experience; CPR within 90 days; proficiency in Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications; and state-specific requirements. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn/ use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
