Job Summary
The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, overseeing staffing, patient scheduling, and regulatory compliance; lead quality initiatives and QAPI activities; manage budgets and expenditures; coordinate cross-departmental functions and ensure accurate documentation of treatments and communications; collaborate with Medical Director, physicians, and community partners to drive program growth and achieve quality and operational targets.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
