Job Summary
Oversee the daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, including coordinating patient scheduling, staffing, and clinical/operational processes to improve patient outcomes and minimize hospitalizations. Lead quality initiatives, manage budgets and resources, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, maintain thorough patient documentation, and drive performance toward corporate quality and growth goals. Coordinate with the Medical Director, nursing leadership, and governing body; may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and support facility CEO duties as delegated. Requires RN licensure, leadership capability, and strong organizational skills; CPR within 90 days of hire; 18 months RN experience with 6 months in kidney-care context.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Required
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements
- Demonstrated leadership ability in healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
