Job Summary

Manage the overall daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement. Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, minimize hospitalizations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead quality improvement initiatives by reviewing incident reports, directing QAPI meetings, and maintaining accurate patient documentation. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while overseeing equipment maintenance, inventory levels, and contractual agreements. Establish positive relationships with medical directors, hospitals, vendors, and the community to promote customer service standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
