Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including planning patient scheduling, achieving financial targets, leading quality and compliance initiatives (QAPI, ESRD documentation, regulatory adherence), coordinating departmental functions, and overseeing staffing and equipment to ensure safe, compliant patient care; requires an active RN license, 18 months RN experience with kidney-failure care, CPR within 90 days, and ability to lead staff across a dialysis center.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements; ability to function in leadership role and provide staff guidance
- Full-time employment availability and ability to be available to clinic staff during open hours
