Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations and oversee program growth by coordinating patient scheduling, achieving financial targets, and implementing processes to minimize hospitalizations. Lead quality management initiatives by reviewing incident reports, directing QAPI meetings, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while maintaining effective employee relations and performance evaluations. Oversee equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and facility safety standards, and collaborate with the Medical Director, governing body, and community partners. Maintain accurate documentation of all patient treatments and communications.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
