Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, budget oversight, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Develop growth processes, lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings, and coordinate staff meetings and in-service education. Oversee equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and contractual agreements while maintaining positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and vendors. Recruit, train, and supervise personnel, ensuring all staff meet qualifications and performance expectations. Monitor patient outcomes and incident reports to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
