Dialysis Facility Administrator

Oversee daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, including program growth, patient scheduling, staffing optimization, and implementation of clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes and minimize hospitalizations. Lead quality initiatives and compliance activities (QAPI, documentation, regulatory reporting), coordinate interdepartmental workflows, and ensure adherence to federal/state/local regulations. Partner with Medical Director and physicians, manage budgets and resources, and develop staff through recruitment, training, and performance management to achieve company goals and high-quality patient care.
