Job Summary
Oversee the daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, lead quality and regulatory initiatives, coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure timely treatment, manage budgeting and expenditures, supervise staff and ensure documentation and reporting in line with ESRD Network and Medicare requirements, and collaborate with Medical Director and governing bodies to maintain high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated leadership in dialysis management or healthcare operations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of federal/state healthcare regulations and quality programs (QAPI)
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise personnel
- Full-time availability
- Ability to manage budgeting, staffing, and regulatory documentation
- Communication skills in English
