Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator oversees the daily management and operation of the clinic, plans staffing and patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels, and leads quality and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include achieving financial targets (budget, labor costs, supply costs), coordinating departments, maintaining patient records, promoting quality through QAPI and staff/patient education, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing/retaining staff. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities or the facility CEO duties as delegated, and must coordinate with the Medical Director and other clinicians. Requires an active RN license, dialysis-management experience preferred, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and proficiency with relevant clinical and office software.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must meet applicable state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
