Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including planning patient scheduling, coordinating staffing, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations, driving quality outcomes through QAPI and quality-improvement activities, achieving financial targets (budget, labor and supply costs), maintaining documentation, and fostering collaboration with Medical Director, physicians, and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality patient care across the dialysis center.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with USRC clinical applications within 90 days
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
