Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement. Develop growth processes, implement clinical protocols to minimize hospitalizations, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations through corrective action plans. Lead QAPI meetings, coordinate all departments, and maintain accurate patient documentation and equipment standards. Recruit, train, and supervise staff while fostering positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and vendors. This full-time Administrator role supports the dialysis facility's mission to improve patient outcomes and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
