Dialysis Facility Administrator

Oversee daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, including growth initiatives, patient scheduling, staffing, and regulatory compliance. Lead quality improvement efforts, coordinate documentation and reporting for patient care, and ensure adherence to federal/state/local regulations. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and potentially fulfill the facility CEO role as delegated. Build collaborative relationships with Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, vendors, and the community; promote Guest customer service standards and effective team communication. Ensure staff meet qualifications, recruit and supervise personnel, and maintain appropriate staffing and equipment management to support patient outcomes and regulatory requirements.
