Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, budget oversight, and staffing coordination to meet financial and quality targets. Lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement programs, review incident reports, and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop corrective action plans, maintain equipment standards, and foster partnerships with medical directors, hospitals, and vendors. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while ensuring staff qualifications align with practice acts and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
