Job Summary

Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including coordinating patient scheduling, staffing, compliance with federal/state/local regulations, budgeting, quality improvement (QAPI) initiatives, and collaboration with Medical Director and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care and achievement of corporate goals. The role leads multi-department coordination, maintains records, drives program growth, secures regulatory certification, and may assume responsibilities of the Charge Nurse or designated RN, with a strong emphasis on leadership, operational readiness, and staff development to support dialysis services.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state (must be maintained in good standing)
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Must meet applicable state requirements including any addendum for Administrator
  • Full-time employment status and availability during clinic hours
