Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including growth planning, patient scheduling, staffing optimization, compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and maintaining quality programs. Leads QAPI and quality improvement activities, ensures documentation quality in patient records, oversees staff performance and training, manages budgets and resource expenditures, and coordinates with Medical Director, physicians, and external partners. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and possibly fulfill responsibilities of facility CEO as delegated by the Governing Body. Requires leadership experience in dialysis settings, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state practice requirements (see addendum)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
