Job Summary

Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and equipment maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance and safe patient care. Develop growth processes, achieve financial targets, and lead quality improvement initiatives through monthly QAPI meetings and incident review. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while maintaining strong relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and vendors. Oversee contractual agreements and ensure all staff meet qualification standards under applicable federal and state laws.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • License must be maintained as current and in good standing
  • 18 months as an RN
  • 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company
  • Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
