Dialysis Facility Administrator

Oversee daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, including planning staff and patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing. Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments; achieve financial targets for budgets and expenditures. Lead quality initiatives, coordinate QAPI activities, and maintain thorough documentation of treatments and communications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards; may assume Charge Nurse or facility CEO responsibilities as delegated; collaborate with Medical Director and physicians; manage staff recruitment, development, and performance; monitor equipment, water treatment, and disinfection processes; foster a positive patient experience and guest service expectations. Full-time role based in the Miami, FL clinic with responsibilities spanning operations readiness, staff development, and partnerships with hospitals and vendors.
