Job Summary

Oversee the daily management and operation of a dialysis clinic, including planning patient scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring quality patient care. Lead QAPI activities, ensure regulatory compliance (federal/state/local), coordinate inter-departmental functions, maintain records, and foster collaboration with Medical Director and hospital partners. Provide leadership in staff development, recruitment, and performance management; ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to ESRD/Medicare requirements; manage equipment, infection control, and safety; support facility CEO as delegated.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
