Job Summary
Manage the overall daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement. Develop processes for program growth, implement clinical standards to minimize hospitalizations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings, review incident reports, and maintain accurate patient documentation. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while overseeing equipment maintenance and supply inventory. Monitor contractual agreements, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
