Dialysis Facility Administrator

Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, achieving financial targets, and leading quality initiatives (QAPI) while ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations. The role may include duties similar to a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse as needed, and may involve partnering with Medical Director and physicians to maintain high-quality patient care, staff development, and effective organizational coordination. Requires an active RN license, dialysis or renal care leadership experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and documentation skills, plus proficiency with clinical IT systems; reports to regional management and may perform duties as delegated by the governing body.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements. (See addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong time management and organizational skills required
