Dialysis Facility Administrator

Job Summary
Manage the daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and budget oversight to achieve financial targets. Develop clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, minimize hospitalizations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead quality improvement initiatives, review incident reports, and maintain accurate documentation for all treatments and communications. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while maintaining positive relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and vendors. Monitor equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and facility safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
