Job Summary
Manage the overall daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, budget oversight, and labor cost control. Develop processes for program growth, coordinate all departmental functions, and lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and executing corrective action plans. Recruit, train, and supervise staff while maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Monitor contractual agreements and foster relationships with physicians, hospitals, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
