Job Summary
Oversee the daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, coordinating staffing, patient scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Lead quality initiatives (QAPI) and program growth, oversee documentation and patient records, ensure safety and equipment maintenance, manage budgets and resource utilization, and collaborate with Medical Director and staff to achieve quality patient outcomes and corporate goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to become proficient in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available during clinic hours
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum)
