Job Summary

Manage the daily operation and growth of the dialysis clinic by coordinating patient scheduling, achieving financial targets, and implementing clinical processes to minimize hospitalizations. Lead quality improvement initiatives by reviewing incident reports, directing QAPI meetings, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee staff development, recruitment, and performance evaluations while maintaining accurate documentation and equipment standards. Monitor contractual agreements, foster relationships with physicians and community partners, and respond to patient inquiries. Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed and report monthly to regional operational management.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN
  • 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company
  • Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
