Dialysis Facility Administrator

The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, including planning and coordinating patient scheduling, staffing levels, and implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes and minimize hospitalizations. The role leads quality management initiatives (e.g., QAPI/quality improvement), ensures regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws, oversees documentation and staff performance, and collaborates with the Medical Director, governing body, and area leadership to achieve financial targets and maintenance of standards of care. The position may assume charge nurse responsibilities and may fulfill the facility CEO role as delegated.
