Dialysis Facility Administrator

Job Summary
Manage the daily operations of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement. Develop and implement processes for program growth while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, review incident reports, and maintain chronological patient records. Oversee equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and facility safety standards. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel, including approving hours and managing performance evaluations. Maintain collaborative relationships with the Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, and vendors. Report monthly to the governing body and Regional Director on operational affairs and staff development progress.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
