Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement for budget and supply costs. Implement clinical processes to improve patient health, minimize hospitalizations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement programs, review incident reports, and coordinate monthly staff meetings and in-service education. Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory levels, and contractual agreements while maintaining collaborative relationships with the Medical Director, physicians, and community partners. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel, ensuring staff qualifications and performance alignment with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
