Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including growth planning, patient scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality improvement (QAPI) oversight, budgeting, staffing optimization, and coordination with Medical Director and physicians. Key duties include developing processes for program growth, ensuring timely patient acceptance and effective staffing, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations, leading quality initiatives and committees, maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering strong customer service and team leadership. Required: RN license in the applicable state, 18+ months RN experience focused on kidney failure care, CPR within 90 days, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications; must be a full-time employee and capable of meeting state requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must meet state-specific requirements (see addendum)
- Must be full-time employee and available during clinic hours
- Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated leadership ability and sound judgment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
