Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement. Develop growth processes, lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and staff development while maintaining accurate patient documentation and contractual agreements. Collaborate with the Medical Director, governing body, and community partners to promote customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
