Job Summary
Manage the daily operation of the dialysis clinic by developing growth processes, coordinating patient scheduling, and achieving financial targets for budget and labor costs. Lead quality management initiatives by reviewing incident reports, directing QAPI meetings, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while maintaining accurate patient documentation and equipment standards. Conduct monthly meetings with the governing body, medical director, and staff to drive program outcomes and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open

- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
