Job Summary

Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic. Oversees planning and coordination of patient scheduling, staffing levels, and clinical/operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments. Leads quality initiatives and compliance programs (QAPI and regulatory requirements), collaborates with Medical Director and staff, and ensures documentation completeness and reporting. Responsible for achieving program targets related to patient outcomes, budget and efficiency, staff development, and maintaining a safe, compliant clinical environment. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed and may fulfill responsibilities of facility CEO as delegated by the Governing Body. Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, with experience in healthcare administration and dialysis settings.

Required Qualifications

  • RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Current English language proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Full-time availability at clinic
  • Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum)
