Job Summary

Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and budget oversight to achieve financial targets. Implement clinical processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead quality improvement committees, review incident reports, and maintain accurate documentation for all treatments and communications. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while fostering team development and retention. Monitor contractual agreements, maintain equipment and supplies, and establish positive relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company
  • Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
