Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations and oversee program growth by coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical processes to minimize hospitalizations, and achieving financial targets for budget and labor costs. Review incident reports, lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings, and maintain chronological patient records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while ensuring staff qualifications meet practice acts and company policies. Monitor equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and contractual agreements, and establish positive relationships with hospitals, vendors, and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
