Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator oversees the daily management and operation of the clinic, leading cross-functional teams to meet patient care, regulatory, and financial targets. Responsibilities include planning patient scheduling, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, leading quality initiatives and QAPI activities, coordinating departmental functions, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role may entail assuming Charge Nurse duties, overseeing staffing and budgeting, collaborating with the Medical Director and physicians, and promoting guest customer service standards while ensuring staff development and retention. Requires active RN license, leadership experience in dialysis settings, CPR within 90 days, and ability to fulfill state requirements; full-time duties with responsibilities across operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, and quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the applicable state
- Must have current RN license and maintain it in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available during clinic hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to function in emergent situations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
