Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator to oversee daily operations of the clinic, lead staffing and scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement through QAPI activities, coordinate patient care records, manage budgets and expenditures, and collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to achieve clinical and corporate goals. The role may involve assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities and possibly fulfilling facility CEO duties as delegated, with emphasis on maintaining safe, efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
