Job Summary
Manage the daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement for budget, labor, and supply costs. Develop and implement processes for program growth while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws through Corrective Action Plans and monthly QAPI meetings. Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, and maintain chronological patient records and equipment maintenance standards. Monitor contractual agreements, foster relationships with physicians and community partners, and respond to inquiries or complaints. Ensure a safe, sanitary facility environment with proper inventory levels and assist with equipment disinfection as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Available to clinic staff during time clinic is open

- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
