Job Summary
Manage the overall daily operation of the dialysis clinic, including developing growth processes, coordinating patient scheduling, and achieving financial targets for budget and labor costs. Lead quality improvement initiatives by reviewing incident reports, directing QAPI meetings, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while maintaining accurate documentation and equipment maintenance standards. Monitor contractual agreements and foster relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and community partners. Conduct monthly staff meetings and team planning sessions to uphold corporate goals.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
