Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic in Perrysburg, OH. Develops growth plans, coordinates patient scheduling and staffing, implements clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, and achieves financial targets. Leads quality initiatives (QAPI), ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates across departments to maintain records and meet standards. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and may fulfill responsibilities of the facility CEO as delegated. Requires an active RN license, 18 months of RN experience with 6 months in kidney-failure care, CPR within 90 days, strong leadership, problem-solving, time management and computer skills (MS Office), and the ability to meet state requirements. Also expected to recruit, train, and supervise personnel, manage staff performance, and promote patient-centric service with strong collaboration with Medical Director and physicians.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements including if nursing requirements are met; designated Registered Supervising Nurse when needed
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during open-hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
