Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for overall daily management and operation of the clinic, leading planning to ensure timely patient scheduling, staffing, and adherence to regulatory standards; accountable for program growth, financial targets (budget, labor, supply costs), quality improvement through QAPI and ESRD-related documentation, coordination among departments, staff development, and collaboration with Medical Director and physicians; requires RN licensure and leadership experience in dialysis settings, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications, and compliance with state-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet applicable state requirements
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong time management and organizational skills required
