Job Summary

Oversee daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic, reporting to regional operations leadership. Lead growth initiatives, patient scheduling, staffing, and implementation of clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations. Drive financial targets including budgets, labor, and supplies; coordinate departments to meet standards and regulatory requirements; supervise nursing and clinical staff; participate in quality programs and QAPI meetings; ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Require current RN license, 18 months RN experience in kidney care, CPR within 90 days, and proficiency with clinical software; possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a high-demand healthcare facility. Must be a full-time employee available during clinic hours; ability to interact with Medical Director, physicians, and external stakeholders; familiarity with ESRD/Medicare regulations and quality improvement processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Demonstrated leadership in a healthcare/clinical setting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
