Dialysis Facility Administrator

Job Summary
Oversee the daily management and operation of a dialysis clinic, reporting to regional leadership. Responsible for growth-focused process development, patient scheduling, staffing, and implementation of clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments. Lead quality initiatives including QAPI, coordinate department functions, ensure thorough patient record documentation, and achieve program goals. Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, prepare corrective action plans, and supervise staff including nursing roles. May fulfill facility CEO responsibilities as delegated, coordinate meetings with the governing body and Medical Director, and maintain essential records and reporting. Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor/partner relationships are required; proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong time management and organizational skills required
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements. (See addendum for Administrator)
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state. (See addendum for Registered Supervising Nurse)
