Job Summary
Oversee the daily operation and management of the home dialysis modality program, including coordination with the Medical Director and physicians, staffing planning and scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation in the EMR. Lead quality initiatives (QAPI) and education for staff and patients, supervise equipment and facility areas, and manage contracts and reporting. May assume Home Therapy Nurse responsibilities as needed. Requirements include active RN license in the applicable state, 18 months of RN experience with at least 6 months in the specific home dialysis modality, CPR within 90 days of hire, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solid time management and organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications; travel/transportation requirements and full-time availability are specified. Beneficial attributes include leadership experience in dialysis management, ability to maintain documentation and compliance, and effective communication with patients and healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with an active license in the applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in the specific modality of home program
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications; able to obtain required certifications
- Full-time employment status and availability to support clinic operations
- Ability to meet state practice requirements
