Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies with training provided in-center. Oversees daily operations of the home dialysis modality program, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives program growth, manages budgeting and staffing, and collaborates with Medical Director and physicians. Responsibilities include equipment management, patient education on modality options, quality improvement (QAPI) leadership, documentation in EMR, on-call nursing support, and maintaining program records. Requires RN license in the applicable state, leadership experience in dialysis settings, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state and must be maintained in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in home dialysis modality
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire and prior to patient care assignment
- Must have valid Driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to meet state practice requirements and hold designated Supervising Nurse as applicable
