Job Summary
Manage the daily operation and growth of assigned home dialysis programs by implementing clinical processes, overseeing equipment, and achieving financial targets. Lead quality improvement initiatives through QAPI meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate staffing to meet patient needs. Oversee on-call systems, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and collaborate with the Medical Director to communicate patient assessments. Review incident reports and take corrective action while monitoring contractual agreements. Maintain full-time availability during clinic hours and hold a current RN license with specific modality experience.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state
- Dependable transportation
- Proof of valid auto insurance
- Ability to meet minimum hiring standards which may include additional background clearances and orientation requirements
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- License must be maintained as current and in good standing
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in the specific modality of home program
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
