Job Summary
Develop and implement processes for program growth while overseeing equipment management and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, lead quality improvement committees, and achieve financial targets for budget and labor costs. Plan and coordinate staffing to meet patient needs, manage on-call systems, and ensure accurate documentation of all nursing services in the Electronic Medical Record. Maintain collaborative relationships with the Medical Director, monitor contractual agreements, and report on incident reviews at monthly QAPI meetings. This full-time role requires a current RN license with 18 months of experience, proficiency in USRC clinical applications, and reliable transportation for multiple program oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Must hold a valid driver's license in the applicable state
- Dependable transportation and proof of valid auto insurance
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- License must be maintained as current and in good standing
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in the specific modality of home program
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire and prior to patient care assignment
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
