Job Summary
The Home Therapy Administrator oversees the daily management and operation of assigned home dialysis modality programs, driving program growth, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial targets. Responsibilities include developing clinical/operational processes, equipment management, staff staffing and onboarding, on-call nursing coverage, EMR documentation, QAPI leadership, collaboration with Medical Director, and ensuring education on all dialysis modality options. Requires RN license, leadership experience in dialysis or healthcare operations, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and proficient computer/clinical application use.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in the home dialysis modality
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire and prior to patient care assignment
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage in new and emergent situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Ability to meet state-specific practice requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
