Job Summary
Develop and implement processes for program growth while overseeing equipment management, tracking, and retrieval. Achieve financial targets for budget, labor, and supply costs by planning staffing and monitoring contractual agreements. Lead quality improvement committees, review incident reports, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Educate staff and patients on modality options, maintain accurate EMR documentation for all nursing services, and oversee the on-call system to ensure continuous patient access to support. Manage building maintenance and property while collaborating with the Medical Director on patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state
- Dependable transportation
- Proof of valid auto insurance
- Ability to meet minimum hiring standards which may include additional background clearances and orientation requirements
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- License must be maintained as current and in good standing
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in the specific modality of home program
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
