Job Summary
Dialysis Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including planning and coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, and achieving financial targets. Leads quality initiatives through QAPI, coordinates departments, maintains documentation across patient records, and ensures compliance with federal/state/local regulations. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and, when delegated, fulfill the facility CEO duties. Requires RN license, 18 months of RN experience with dialysis/nephrology care, CPR certification within 90 days, strong leadership, analytical, and time-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical applications.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Must meet applicable state requirements for administrator (see addendum)
